The contents are not the contents of the inhalt list, you find these pouches or empty or full with other medical stuff, that was a normal practice, I remember you they were Soldiers, not collectors. Anyways it is a very nice full pouch with original Wartime stuff, (Not Post War, as often seen), that can be added to a mannequin or directly to your collection. It has a repair, (I guess done by the previous owner as it looks like glue), on the small leather strap, see photo 10. You will receive all what you see on the photos.
