It is made of cardboard and then laquered, this explains why they are so difficult to find nowdays. The bottle and lid fits very tight. I will ship it half opened. The cottons have never been removed from the box since 1943, so I leave them untouched. Will be shipped very well protected, (as I always do), in a cardboard box.
